Introduction
Google news is like an automated newspaper. On January 2006 Google started a beta for it’s news
aggregator, now available in 40 different version (different countries and different languages) Google news collects information from various news websites within the past 30 days. For example, the USA english version covers more than 4,500 different news websites (!)
Google news shows the first paragraph of the article and a link to the original story. The stories are been picked automatically wit no human editors. Google news pick the most popular stories out of all the news websites and show them on it’s first page.
We don’t really know which news websites appear on Google news but we can assume it’s the most highly and respected news websites. On September 2006, Google faced a lawsuit on a copyright dispute. You can read the original story here: http://tinyurl.com/yo6n4f
How can we use Google news to our own needs?
Google news has become very popular in the last year. Many people tend to use it as their homepage and start their reading with it. Thus if we could get a press release or an article into this
respected website, we can sit back and wait for the traffic to come. Google news also offers a search feature. Many users often use Google news to search new articles and stories in their field of interest.
How to publish your article on Google news? First, you need to understand it’s very hard to get into Google resources list. As I explained before,
they don’t reveal it and we don’t know exactly what are the cretiries to get listed on Google news. What can we do? we can find someone else that is known as one of Google news resources and try
to publish an article on his site. It’s easier then it sounds! All we need to do is find a press release site that is listed on Google news and publish our PR or article to that site.

Step 1
Go to Google news (click here) and type in the search box your keyword. Your keyword should be targeted to you niche but not to targeted. You want to see which PR sites are relevant. Use the
“Search News” button instead of the “Search the web”. In the results, you should look at the source of the stories. Look up for PR or press-release in the
name of the source. For example, I started a search for the keyword “women health” here are the results
I couldn’t find any PR site on the first results page nor the second one. But on the third page I found a great site to publish my article into. Look at this:
PR-inside.com offers a free press release service. I know that PR-inside.com is listed as on of Google news’s resources for the keyword infections. Once I publish a press release to PR-
inside.com it will get indexed and shown on Google news for the keyword infection and probably many other keywords as well.
Step 2
after you have found the right PR website in your niche that is listed on Google news all you need to do is submit you PR and wait for their approval. Most sites will approve your PR in a few hours or days but if they don’t… just look up for another PR. You can always try different keywords or phrases to find another PR website.

Step 3
Actually, there is no step 3. Your are alldone. Just wait for your article to get published by the PR site and watch the traffic flow to your site.
Update (1)
No such thing as a good PR site, as long as it is picked up by google news (if you can see
it in the results) it’s good for us. Because that means if you publish your own story there, it wil be show on google news.
I have found a great article that shows you how to write a great press release:
